In order to live out the mission of our church, we actively build our culture through aligning values. Every person on our team knows how powerful it is to serve God alongside people with a passion to build a healthy culture. It's the glue that keeps our team on track over time.
Every story matters.
While we unite around our mission, we know unity doesn't mean uniformity. Our calling is too great and our mission is too important not to be intentional about strengthening our team through diversity. We know that diverse perspectives—in race, ethnicity, background, age, and gender—are essential to reaching the world for Christ. Together, we're unstoppable.
